Agape Church is a living organism of Christ built up of born-again, committed believers who are indwelt and empowered by the Spirit of God, which is God’s strategy to fulfill the Great Commission.

To transform lives through the gospel and help believers grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and to develop and equip disciples making disciples who plant churches that plant churches in every neighborhood in Yangon.
Our Purpose
Our purpose us to establish a healthy and vibrant community of faith to meet people from all walks of life where they are to build an intimate relationship with God and to equip and mobilize disciple making leaders and strengthen church planting and multiplication movements.
Seven-Fold Purpose
We are driven by our compelling purpose to glorify God by growing healthy churches that seek to multiply healthy churches where intimate relationship with God and genuine Christian love relationships really matter.

Worship
To create a healthy community of bible-believing, Christ-honoring, God-fearing, faith-inspiring where people offer up a living sacrifice of praise to glorify God.
Teaching
To teach biblical doctrine accurately and faithfully and to effectively communicate Christ cross-culturally, helping people experience a life-changing and intimate relationship with God and live their lives to the fullest in Christ.
Fellowship
To provide a context of genuine Christian love relationship with one another for the purpose of mutual edification, respect, trust, understanding, support, and growth.
Discipleship
To help believers grow as disciple of Jesus Christ, help them pursue their God-given calling, identify and develop their spiritual gifts, natural talents and abilities, mobilize and equip disciple-making leaders who will make Christlike disciples, and develop leaders to do the same.
Ministry
To empower transformed and thoroughly-equipped leaders to deliver most intense ministry experiences through our high-impact ministry initiatives for the building up of the body of Christ.
Evangelism
To create a missional culture and strengthen transformational mission movement, providing culturally relevant ministry strategy for evangelism and disciple making movement to accelerate church planting, multiplication and growth movements that is both thoroughly biblical and fundamentally strategic.
Accountability
To provide accountability to the purity of the church to continue to adhere unfalteringly to what Christ intended His Church to be.
Our Ultimate Goal
To become more like Christ: “But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:15-16
