Peter T. Mang is an ordained minister, visionary strategist, transformational entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, business as mission practitioner, strategic mobilizer, executive and leadership coach, business coach, leadership development facilitator, professional mentor, master trainer, counselor, human dignity advocate, and transformational leader.
A catalyst for personal, professional, and organizational transformation and leadership, entrepreneurship, and business development, Peter Mang has been a mobilizer, trainer, equipper, developer, counselor, coach, mentor, and facilitator of the growth and development of entrepreneurs, business leaders, young professionals, youth leaders, ministry leaders, pastors, and executives in churches, nonprofit organizations, and from startup to scaleup companies since 2016.
Peter serves as Board Chairman and President and CEO of Agape Initiatives Movement an emerging transformational development movement that brings redemptive love, transforming grace, living hope, and abundant life to people groups. Following his unique God-given vision and living values, Peter founded Agape Mission Alliance in 2009, Agape Discipleship Alliance in 2013, Agape Entrepreneurship Association in 2015, Agape Development Foundation in 2016, Agape Resources Organization in 2016, Agape Youth Alliance in 2017, and Agape Leadership University in 2017. These seven multifaceted transformational development initiatives are banded as Agape Initiatives Movement.
Peter is the founding pastor of Agape Church with small groups and house churches in Yangon. He enjoys being a Pastor as Life Coach and Shepherd. As a Life Coach, his mission is to help people from all walks of life find their life’s true purpose, pursue their unique God-given vision and calling, live their life with purpose and mission, and lead a fulfilling life that glorifies God. And as a Shepherd, his utmost responsibility is to lead, feed, nurture, comfort, discipline, protect and care for the people of God or members of the body of Jesus Christ, which represents in the members of the local church and most of all to equip God’s people for ministry.
